Handicapped Parking

Click here to complete your request for a handicapped parking permit.

Requests for accessible parking spaces will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis.  Therefore, completion of this form does not guarantee that you will receive a Plunge permit to park on-site.

Handicapped Accessible buses are available as part of the free Polar Express Shuttle System to and from Sandy Point, so accommodations are available to all participants and spectators, both on-site and to and from our satellite lots.  Satellite parking is available at the following locations:

  • Kent Island High School
  • Naval Academy Stadium
  • Anne Arundel Community College

If your request for onsite parking is granted, we will send you your permit and related instructions by mail the week prior to the Plunge. All requests must be submitted with this form on or before Friday, January 5, 2018.

*Please note: A Plunge Permit is required to enter the park, along with your Handicapped Plates or Hang Tag. A Handicapped identification alone will not be granted access into Sandy Point without a Plunge Permit.
